Landon E. Hill is the Co-Founder and CTO of RMPAC AI, the founding engineer who wrote the platform's foundation and leads the visual and functional capabilities that define it. With 12 years of hands-on computing experience spanning game development, software, and web engineering, Landon brings a rare blend of depth and breadth, including a self-driven mastery of more than twenty programming languages, all learned to a proficient level within just two to three years. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western Governors University in 2025 and is continuing his studies toward a Master of Science in Computer Science, where his work reaches into quantum computing and its applications to machine learning, formalizing a craft he had already been practicing at a professional level for years.

Long before RMPAC AI, Landon spent over six years in game development, working across the Unreal Engine 4 and 5 ecosystems and freelancing on Treyarch titles including Call of Duty: Black Ops III. His work there spanned UI/UX design, gameplay functionality, player systems, and AI archetype engineering, shipping features inside one of the most demanding real-time software environments in the industry. That background gave him a rare combination of performance-critical engineering, interface craft, and applied AI, the same disciplines he now brings to a construction intelligence platform.

Across his career he has built an extensive portfolio spanning game development, AI engineering, and full-stack software and web development. At RMPAC AI, that entire range shows up in the product. Landon architected and engineered the platform end to end: the frontend interfaces, the backend systems, the APIs, the authentication, and the cloud infrastructure it runs on. He leads every visual and functional decision that shapes it. When RMPAC needed an intelligence layer of its own, he trained the company's in-house model rather than renting someone else's, giving the platform capabilities built specifically for construction instead of bolted on from a generic tool.

Because RMPAC AI serves federal and defense customers, Landon treats compliance as a first-class part of the architecture. He studies the requirements across every sector the platform touches, with a working command of CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) handling for government-level data, DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) requirements, and GovCloud deployment. RMPAC AI is engineered so the same intelligence contractors rely on can run inside the controls federal work demands, rather than being retrofitted for compliance after the fact.

What sets Landon apart from most engineers is that he understands the industry he is building for. He has worked in construction directly, across divisions including building carpentry, renovations, and HVAC, with a working understanding of plumbing and electrical as well. That field experience means the software isn't written in the abstract; it's shaped by someone who knows how the work actually gets done. He pairs it with a relentless drive to learn every aspect of construction in depth, so the ideas Charles envisions can be built out down to a tee.

Raynelle Syftestad is a seasoned human resources professional with over 20 years of experience driving organizational success through strategic leadership and culture-focused initiatives. As RMPAC's Chief HR Officer, she specializes in supporting leadership teams, aligning HR strategy with business objectives, overseeing talent acquisition, and driving change management strategies.

Throughout her career, Raynelle has held senior leadership positions, including Director and Senior Director roles at organizations such as Emmi Roth USA, Friede & Associates, the Baraboo School District, and Foremost Farms USA. She has a proven track record of building HR departments from the ground up, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and leading diverse teams through complex transitions such as organizational restructures and HRIS implementations.

Raynelle is passionate about helping individuals maximize their potential and is dedicated to creating energetic, positive workplaces where employees can prosper. Her expertise spans multiple HR disciplines, including Talent & Succession Management (internal talent pipelines and high-performing recruitment strategies), Organizational Development (culture renovation projects, employee engagement surveys, and comprehensive training programs), Total Rewards (competitive compensation structures, incentive plans, and streamlined benefit packages), and Compliance & Employee Relations (complex investigations and strict adherence to labor laws and company policies).

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and maintains numerous professional certifications, including Mental Health First Aid, Organizational Development, and Culture Renovation.

Rex Pardue serves as Vice President of Global Operations and Strategic Alliances at RMPAC Group, where he owns the operational spine of the company: the systems, partner relationships, and delivery discipline that turn a signed contract into finished work. He spent twenty years in the United States Coast Guard, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer after two decades in operations and logistics, a career built on a single standard: the mission moves on time, with the right assets in the right place, and every decision is accountable.

His federal experience extends into government contracting and construction delivery on active military installations: Job Order Contracting and IDIQ vehicles, unit price book cost validation, scope development, and the compliance documentation federal customers require before a single dollar moves. He knows why federal proposals get returned, because he's built the ones that get approved, giving RMPAC's customers specification and procurement support from someone who has sat on the government side of the table, not just the supply side.

As Vice President of Strategic Alliances, Rex builds the partner network that extends RMPAC's reach: manufacturer relationships, teaming partners, primes, and agencies. A distributor is only as strong as the network standing behind it, and his work makes sure that when a customer commits to RMPAC, they get the full weight of that network, from sourcing depth and technical support to a delivery process that holds up under a government audit.

DeJournett, RMPAC's Founder and President, whose 25-plus years of construction leadership span commercial, federal, and military work for USACE, NAVFAC, FEMA, and the Armed Forces. Between them, RMPAC's leadership covers both sides of the federal enterprise: Air Force and Department of Defense through Charles, Coast Guard and Department of Homeland Security through Rex. Forty years of combined military service. Two branches. One standard.

Tyler DeJournett brings experience supporting the federal government and defense industry through military contracting and infrastructure projects. His work has touched NAVFAC, the Army and Air National Guard, GSA, the Department of Defense, and all branches of the United States military, engaging directly with prime contractors and subcontractors across the federal supply chain. That range of exposure has given him a practical understanding of how projects actually move through the federal system, from early opportunity identification and solicitation review through award, execution, and delivery.

Federal work rewards people who understand the process behind the paperwork, and Tyler has built his knowledge base accordingly. He is familiar with the compliance requirements, procurement pathways, and stakeholder expectations that define public-sector contracting, and he understands that the relationships behind a contract matter as much as the contract itself. Contracting officers, program managers, prime contractors, and subcontractor partners all operate under different pressures, and Tyler's experience across those groups allows him to communicate credibly with each of them. That perspective has strengthened his approach to federal contracting, strategic business development, and the kind of long-term public-sector partnerships that outlast any single project.

Tyler attended the University of Alabama, where he studied business management. Beyond the classroom, he absorbed the leadership philosophy and high-performance culture built by legendary Head Coach Nick Saban: the discipline, accountability, preparation, and relentless pursuit of excellence known as “The Process.” The premise is straightforward but demanding. Focus on executing the current task correctly rather than fixating on the outcome, and the results follow. Tyler applies that same standard to project management, where preparation done early prevents problems later, accountability keeps commitments from slipping, and consistent execution builds the reputation that wins repeat work.

Driven by integrity and a commitment to results, Tyler is focused on connecting RMPAC with opportunities that support national defense, infrastructure modernization, and mission success. He views his role as more than a sales function. Federal projects carry real consequences, whether that means power distribution equipment supporting a military installation, infrastructure serving a federal facility, or materials arriving on schedule so a contractor can keep a mission-critical project on track. Tyler works to ensure that RMPAC shows up as a partner agencies and prime contractors can count on, delivering the right products, the right documentation, and the right follow-through every time.

Jacob E. DeJournett serves as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast at RMPAC Group, leading the field-side relationships that anchor the company across one of the fastest-growing construction corridors in the country. With RMPAC headquartered in Warner Robins, Georgia, the South is home territory, and Jacob's region is the front line, where the customers, contractors, and projects he covers shape what RMPAC is locally known for.

Day to day, Jacob is the person on the phone with project managers, electricians, and procurement leads, walking through supply expectations, tracking lead times, and pulling the right manufacturer line for the spec. In a region where the next major build is often a short drive away, face-to-face presence is the difference between a quote and a closed order. Jacob keeps the relationships warm long before the bid hits the table, so RMPAC is already on the short list when it matters.

The Southeast is where RMPAC's strengths overlap: federal facilities, military installations, utility infrastructure, and Sunbelt commercial construction. Jacob knows the players in each: which GC is bidding which campus, which utility is planning which transformer upgrade. That regional intelligence is what lets RMPAC move from a name on a list to a partner in the room. Gary Syftestad serves as Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest at RMPAC Group, bringing a rare blend of leadership, strategy, and service to one of the country's densest construction and manufacturing corridors. Before moving into corporate sales, Gary spent 33 years in education and athletics, working as an administrator, teacher, athletic director, and coach, where he mastered the work of motivating teams, running complex operations, and building the kind of community relationships that last for decades.

Gary approaches sales through the same lens as teaching and coaching: listen intently, build trust, and execute a winning game plan. Day to day, that means understanding exactly what a customer needs before proposing a single line item, staying responsive when timelines tighten, and treating every account as a long-term partnership rather than a one-off order. Responsiveness and a service-first approach aren't tactics for Gary; they're the foundation of the relationship.

Across the Midwest, Gary is focused on the same outcome that defined his years on the sideline, helping others win. He connects contractors, project managers, and procurement teams to the right RMPAC solutions and follows through until the job is done. Deeply rooted in his community, he's an active member of his church and, above all, treasures time with his family. Lillian DeJournett brings four years of hands-on social media experience to RMPAC Group and RMPAC AI, having built and managed her first digital following at age 16 as the student lead behind her high school's official social media presence, growing engagement, coordinating content calendars, and learning firsthand how consistent, authentic storytelling builds an audience. She carried that foundation into college, where she has continued to sharpen her craft across platforms while pursuing a degree in Marketing and Business Relations.

At RMPAC, Lillian channels that same energy into building brand presence for two very different audiences under one ecosystem: the relationship-driven, credential-conscious world of electrical distribution and government contracting at RMPAC Group, and the fast-moving, digitally native audience of construction-tech and SaaS buyers at RMPAC AI. She manages day-to-day content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X, translating project wins, product milestones, and company news into a consistent digital footprint that supports both RMPAC Group's field-sales relationship model and the SEO and content engine behind RMPAC AI's trial-funnel growth.

A digital native with a genuine passion for marketing and advertising, Lillian brings a well-connected, high-energy perspective to a leadership team otherwise built around decades of military, construction, and engineering experience, pairing that institutional depth with an up-to-date read on how younger buyers, junior estimators, and next-generation procurement teams actually discover and evaluate a company online. As RMPAC's five-year leadership plan formalizes a dedicated Director of Marketing role in Year 2, Lillian's early groundwork in social strategy and audience growth positions her to help scale that function from the ground up.
